Breaking the routine when dieting is the hardest thing. Normally I have cereal for breakfast, then a sandwich for lunch and whatever is made for dinner depending on who’s home first. After kids go to bed maybe a bit of a snack with a cup of tea will watching TV. 

Now I’m getting up early, cooking some sort of egg based breakfast, then some sort of salad for lunch, and again dinner is still and there are no more snacks at night. 

It’s harder work but worth it. The gym routine is not as regular as the eating and that needs to change.
