Week 3

Well this week I’m back at the scales and again 2lbs off. It’s not a lot but enough. As long as it’s going down. 

Also have made a brave and bold decision to help with the weight loss. 

No more bread. 

Now I know this isn’t a new thing for most but for me, it’s massive. 

I will miss bread so much. I bake a lot from scones to pizza bases, iced fingers to bagels. I have a love relationship with beard products and I’m saying goodbye. 

Will power assemble.
